How do I meet the driver at the airport?
Málaga Airport can be busy at times, so please follow the pick-up procedure carefully: Collect your luggage and pass through customs. After that, you will enter the arrivals hall, where several drivers may be waiting with signboards. Although Málaga Airport is more organized than larger hubs, it can still be crowded, especially during peak travel times. Be patient and look carefully for your name — it may take a minute or two to locate your driver.
How do I meet the driver at Cruise Port?
Santos Cruise Port is chaotic. That’s why we work with a meeting point to avoid misunderstandings. Take note that disembarking can take long. Your assigned driver will be waiting with a signboard showing passenger’s name at EXIT GATE 3. Be patient and look for him (this may take a couple of minutes due to the lack of order).
Please, be prudent while choosing pick-up time from Cruise Port. Note that during summer is common that multiple cruises dock on the same date/time. Disembarking is chaotic and slow. Delays are very usual.

How long it takes to travel between Airports and Cruise Port?
The ride between Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) and the Málaga Cruise Port typically takes between 20 and 30 minutes of driving time. However, during rush hours, it may take longer. Although the distance is relatively short — around 12 kilometers — traffic conditions and port entry procedures can vary. Be prudent about leaving a generous time window for connections to ensure a smooth transfer.
What will happen if there is a delay on my flight?
